Parent Aide:
*Parent Aide Provider provides services to a wide variety of parents which enhance their parenting skills and abilities of the parents and caregivers of children involved with the DSS/DFS system.
*The families receive individualized support and instruction in parenting skills, life management, and home management using a variety of techniques such as family advocacy, promoting safe and stable families, and parent education.
*This position may also provide transportation and supervised visit services to families at the request of the agency case manager. May require court testimony and hours will vary based on parent(s) availability.
*Must be able to interact with troubled families in a supportive, professional manner.
*Must be familiar with DFS/DSS guidelines and regulations based on previous work.
*Must have good working knowledge of a computer and the use of Microsoft Office software.

Requirements
*Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation and valid insurance and registration.
*Current First Aid and CPR certifications or we will provide training.
*Minimum age 21.
*Bachelor’s degree preferred. High school diploma/GED and three years experience in social services and familiarity with DSS/DFS guidelines may be substituted for degree.
*Background check will be performed.

Personal Care Assitant:
*Personal Care Assistants provide services to a wide variety of individuals with developmental disabilities and whose skill levels greatly vary.
*The indivdiual receives support and instruction in various life skills, life management, home management and behavior management using a variety of techniques to promote safe and stable environments.
*This position may also require transportation of individual(s) for various appointments in the community.
*Must be able to interact with troubled families in a supportive, professional manner.
*Must be familiar with Department of Mental Health guidelines and regulations based on previous work.
*Must have good working knowledge of a computer and the use of Microsoft Office software.

Requirements
*Valid driver's license and reliable transportation and valid insurance and registration.
*Current First Aid and CPR certifications or we will provide training.
*Minimum age 18.
*High school diploma/GED and at least two years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities/good understanding of Autism preferred.
*Background check will be performed.

Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA):
Behavior Analyst- Master's level BCBA needed for early intervention autism program.  Preferred candidates will have minimum of two years working experience with young children with ASD; experience in training direct-line counselors. Master's Degree and certification in applied behavior analysis. 

Qualifications:
*Master's or PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and certification.
*Preferred current certification by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board at the graduate level (BCBA). Will consider candidates who have completed or are working towards completion of BCBA under supervision based on experience.
*Preferred two years relevant experience post degree.
*Experience and expertise with both autism-spectrum and psychiatric populations strongly preferred.
*Experience in evaluation and treatment of children with serious behavioral problems required.
*Experience in development and implementation of staff training curricula strongly preferred.
